By providing your phone number and consenting to the Spark Driver program today or changing the phone number you have registered with the Spark Driver program in the future, you are enrolling these phone numbers in the Walmart (“Wal-Mart Canada Corp.”) Spark Driver Transactional text message program and are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions: When you enroll, you certify that A) you are the account holder and consent to enroll or have account holder's consent to enroll and B) you are age 18 or older. The Spark Driver Transactional text message program is a multiple message program that delivers you information about your participation in the Spark Driver program via Walmart’s third party service providers. The frequency of such text messages may vary. There is no charge from Walmart for this service, but YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER'S MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY. The texts will be sent via automated technology. You may opt out by texting STOP to 1-639-298-0045 and/or 315-565-6682.
